It all started with two lads from Donegal, brothers known as 'Tank & Skinny.' 

After leaving the construction sites of Dublin, Tank opened our first store in Letterkenny a Sandwich & Coffee Shop and his apprentice Skinny was by his side. 

In August 2010, we opened our Muff shop and in-house bakery. With the support of family and friends burning the midnight oil, they opened the then-called Workshop Coffee Co. just in time for the annual Muff Festival.

In 2017, T&S Seaside opened its doors with stunning sea views. By July 2022, riding the wave of the coffee van trend sweeping Ireland, we decided to set up our own!
